We practice higher standards of quality check and control in all elements of data collection and in tabulation and analysis of the final data.
We believe in investing 5:1 resources for quality assurance across all the services, since we believe in delivering and not only just promising the quality. We optimize the processes based on client standards and style of working to achieve the desired quality.
Voice Quality Process
The kick of call of every confirmed project sets up with Project Manager along with Voice Quality Analyst and Data Quality Analyst to discuss the survey, quotas and timeliness.
Project Manager, Voice Quality and Data Quality prepare the project’s VQ, DQ and Fieldwork plan and share with internal team.
Project Manager, VQ Team along with DQ Team starts training the Research Associates on the study.
Fieldwork gets start, VQ team audits the calls according the VQ plan and DQ team also check the data extract to check the quality of input data. VQ and DQ teams send the feedback of quality checks to PM.
Resources that do not achieve the quality benchmarks, they send back to training again before proceeding again on the study.
