We continually work upon to meet the increasing demand of quality panel.
We check the authenticity of every membership request.
We use a double check method of E-Mail authentication.
The same double check method of E-Mail authentication is used for any request to change the principal E-Mail ID of member.
Cross check of profiles through logic questioning and AI.
IP Tracing to authenticate the region/area of member’s profile.
PC name/details capturing to stop the duplicity of profiles.
Stricter process of membership registration.
Telephonic verification required for quick approval of the membership request.
We take a very good care of unique participation in any study.
We also use a duplication prevention system at the time of registration process which allows a unique authentic E-mail Id and a unique profile as per the basic registration details.
Quarterly profile related updating of members through Email/Phone.
Automatic E-Mail sent to the ideal members who didn’t participate to the studies even though they fall into the required profiling, after 5 such incidence (Nonparticipation to Studies) to maintain the IR of the panel.
A telephone call been arranged to help the member with help desk specialist.
Inactive members or the members who fail to communicate through Mail/Phone, we initiate the membership cancellation procedure.
No member can participate in the same study again, once they have already participated in a study.
